1. Acceptance of Terms

1.1 These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you") and 66rwin ("the Company", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the 66rwin platform available at https://66rwin.app and any associated applications.

1.2 By creating a player account, depositing funds, placing any wager, or otherwise using any feature of the 66rwin platform, you acknowledge that you have read and fully understood these Terms and that you agree to be bound by them in their entirety.

1.3 If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue your use of the platform and close your account.

1.4 66rwin reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised review date. Continued use of the platform following any update constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms.

2. Eligibility and Registration

2.1 To open a 66rwin account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You are at least 21 years of age;
• You are acting on your own behalf as an individual and not as an agent for any third party;
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law;
• You are not a current employee, director, officer, or immediate family member of an employee of 66rwin or any of its affiliated companies;
• You have not previously had a 66rwin account suspended or permanently closed for breach of these Terms.

2.2 During registration you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid email address. Providing false or misleading registration information is a material breach of these Terms.

2.3 Each player is entitled to hold only one account. If you attempt to open or operate more than one account — whether under the same name, a different name, the same device, or the same payment method — 66rwin reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and retain any associated balances.

2.4 66rwin may, at its sole discretion, decline any registration application without providing a reason.

3. Identity Verification (KYC)

3.1 As part of our commitment to safe and compliant operations, 66rwin operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) programme. You may be required to submit identity verification documents at any stage, including but not limited to: at registration, prior to your first withdrawal, when cumulative deposits exceed defined thresholds, or whenever our compliance team considers it appropriate.

3.2 Acceptable identification documents include a valid National ID Card (NID), passport, or driving licence issued by the Government of Bangladesh. Proof of address and proof of payment method ownership may also be requested.

3.3 66rwin reserves the right to suspend withdrawal processing and to place temporary restrictions on an account while a KYC review is pending. We aim to complete standard KYC reviews within three (3) to five (5) business days of receiving all required documents.

3.4 Failure to provide satisfactory identity documentation within a reasonable time period may result in account suspension and, where fraud is suspected, referral to the relevant authorities.

4. Account Security

4.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your username, password, and any two-factor authentication credentials associated with your 66rwin account.

4.2 You must not share your account credentials with any other person. All bets, deposits, and activity placed using your account credentials will be treated as having been authorised by you, regardless of who actually accessed the account.

4.3 If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify our support team immediately at [email protected]. 66rwin accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised account access that results from your failure to maintain adequate security over your credentials.

4.4 66rwin will never ask you to provide your password via email, live chat, or any communication channel. Any such request should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our team immediately.

5. Deposits and Withdrawals

5.1 66rwin accepts deposits via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. Additional payment methods may be introduced or removed at 66rwin's discretion without prior notice.

5.2 The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Maximum deposit and withdrawal limits may apply and will be communicated within your account dashboard.

5.3 All deposits and withdrawals must be made using payment methods that are registered in your own name. Third-party deposits and withdrawals are strictly prohibited. Where a third-party payment is identified, 66rwin reserves the right to freeze the account, reverse the transaction, and conduct a full investigation.

5.4 Withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification. 66rwin will process approved withdrawal requests within three (3) to seven (7) business days, though actual receipt of funds may vary depending on the payment provider and Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) processing schedules.

5.5 66rwin does not charge internal processing fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, third-party payment providers may apply their own transaction charges, for which 66rwin bears no responsibility.

5.6 All transactions on 66rwin are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The ৳ symbol is used throughout the platform to denote BDT-denominated amounts.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

6.1 66rwin may offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback promotions, free bets, and other promotional incentives. All such offers are subject to the specific terms communicated at the time the promotion is offered, in addition to these general Terms.

6.2 Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements ("rollover requirements") which must be satisfied in full before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted. Wagering requirements and any game contribution weightings will be stated in the individual promotion terms.

6.3 66rwin reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time prior to it being credited to your account, and to cancel or amend active bonuses where there is reasonable suspicion of abuse, collusion, or exploitation of a software error.

6.4 Only one promotional offer may be claimed per person, household, IP address, device, or shared payment method unless the promotion terms explicitly state otherwise.

6.5 Attempting to circumvent wagering requirements — including through matched betting, arbitrage strategies, or exploiting bonus terms — is considered a violation of these Terms and may result in the forfeiture of the bonus balance, associated winnings, and potentially the closure of your account.

7. Gameplay Rules and Fair Use

7.1 66rwin provides access to games supplied by third-party studios including, without limitation, Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. Each game is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface.

7.2 In the event of a discrepancy between the result displayed on your screen and the result recorded on 66rwin's game servers, the server-side result will be treated as the definitive outcome.

7.3 The use of any automated betting software, bots, scripts, data-mining tools, or any other form of non-human betting assistance is strictly prohibited. Violation of this rule will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all funds.

7.4 Collusion between players — including coordinating betting strategies in live games to gain an unfair advantage — is prohibited. 66rwin employs active fraud detection systems and cooperates with game providers to identify and investigate suspicious activity.

7.5 Should a technical fault, game error, or connectivity issue occur during a game session, 66rwin will make reasonable efforts to investigate and reach a fair resolution. Bets that cannot be verified due to system failure may be voided at 66rwin's discretion.

8. Prohibited Conduct

8.1 The following activities are prohibited on the 66rwin platform and constitute grounds for immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of all balances:

• Providing false identity information or impersonating another person;
• Using stolen or unauthorised payment instruments;
• Engaging in money laundering, structuring transactions, or any activity that facilitates financial crime;
• Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, or otherwise interfere with the platform's software or security systems;
• Exploiting software bugs or vulnerabilities — any discovered vulnerability must be reported to [email protected] immediately;
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing 66rwin staff or other players via any communication channel;
• Placing bets on behalf of underage individuals or acting as a proxy player.

8.2 Where illegal activity is suspected, 66rwin reserves the right to report the matter, along with relevant account information, to the appropriate authorities.

9. Responsible Gaming

9.1 66rwin is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. We offer a suite of player protection tools including deposit limits, session time reminders, reality checks, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion options. 10.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any platform content without 66rwin's prior written consent.

11. Privacy and Data Protection

11.1 66rwin collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also consent to the data processing activities described in the Privacy Policy.

11.2 66rwin applies industry-standard SSL encryption to all data transmitted between your device and our servers. We do not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

12. Limitation of Liability

12.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 66rwin's total aggregate liability to you in connection with any claim arising under these Terms — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12.2 66rwin shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of business opportunity, even if 66rwin has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

12.3 The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 66rwin makes no warranty that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

13. Governing Law and Disputes

13.1 These Terms shall be interpreted and governed in accordance with generally accepted principles of commercial law. In the event of a dispute, 66rwin will make every reasonable effort to resolve the matter informally and in good faith.

13.2 To submit a formal complaint, please contact our support team at [email protected] with full details of your concern. We will acknowledge all formal complaints within two (2) business days and aim to provide a full resolution within fourteen (14) business days.

13.3 If a dispute cannot be resolved through our internal complaints process, both parties agree to seek resolution through good-faith mediation before pursuing any other remedies.

14. Termination

14.1 You may close your account at any time by contacting our support team. Any genuine funds balance remaining in your account at the time of closure (net of any pending bonus requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to KYC completion.

14.2 66rwin reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, at its sole discretion, where it determines that these Terms have been breached, where continued operation of the account poses a legal, regulatory, or reputational risk, or where required by applicable law.

14.3 Upon account closure — whether initiated by you or by 66rwin — your licence to use the platform is immediately revoked.

15. Miscellaneous

15.1 If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a competent authority, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

15.2 Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.

15.3 These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any applicable promotion-specific terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and 66rwin in respect of your use of the platform and supersede all prior communications, representations, or agreements.
